A sponsored walk is being held to help raise money for guide dogs.
The event is part of a family fun day on Sunday, August 3, which will include a display by The Duston Dog Training Club in which guide dogs will be doing blindfolded walks.

There will be a special appearance by guide dog puppy Cookie, who was named at last year's event.

The mayor of Wellingborough Eileen Higgins will be supporting the fundraiser at Irchester Country Park and will help launch the fun, which runs from 11am until 4pm.

Children's entertainment and a barbecue will also be available throughout the day.

For details contact Debbie Burnage on 01933 460694.
