Wellingborough Old Grammarians are planning a trip to a famous battlefield area in Europe.
The group will be staying in Wagningen, in Holland, and will tour the Arnhem area, taking in major sites from World War Two's Operation Market Garden. The trip leaves on Sunday, May 25 and returns on Friday, May 30, and costs between £295 and £370 per person.

Organiser Jim Mandeville said: "We like to visit a famous battlefield every year, last year it was Verdun, and the year before that we went to the Somme. We enjoy the history and we get to look at things that are quite important, but it is a holiday as well and we have time to relax."

For details and booking information call Mr Mandeville 01933 279835.
