The Wellingborough Volunteer Centre's Friendship Group, which supports people recovering from mental health illnesses, meets from 9.30am to 11.30am every Monday at Salem Hall, in Salem Lane, Wellingborough.
It is thought mental health illnesses affect one-in-four people during their lifetime, and the club offers support to people on the road to recovery.

The group takes part in craft activities, outings and meals out.
