More than 6,000 walkers turned out for what could be the biggest International Waendel Weekend in its 30-year history.
Thousands of walkers, cyclists and their dogs took part in Wellingborough's 30th Waendel Weekend.

The total turnout of 6,358 people is thought to be the biggest ever.

Walk organiser Peter Boulden said: "I think we have had 6,000 before but this is probably the best. It was certainly the most enjoyable walk and there is a lot of enthusiasm in the town for it and everyone seems to be proud of the walk."
