July 1: Kettering Town officially completed the signing of former Northampton Town defender Ashley Westwood from Wrexham.
July 2: Rushden & Diamonds rejected a 'substantial' offer for Lee Tomlin, reportedly from Crawley Town. Meanwhile the club signed former Histon midfielder Max York.
July 5: Northampton Town parted with defender Peter Gilbert after the left-back refused to meet several club deadlines to return contract paperwork.
July 6: Shane Huke signed a new one-year contract to stay with Rushden & Diamonds as the squad kicked off pre-season training.
July 7: Brett Solkhon revealed that he will complete a return to Kettering Town after joining the squad for the start of pre-season training.
July 8: Chris Hope ended speculation about his future by agreeing a new pay-as-you-play deal with Corby Town. Phil Watt is also staying with the Steelmen after Blue Square Bet North rivals Ilkeston Town ended their interest in the player while full-back Mark Duckett returned from Southern League side Brackley Town in a non-contract deal.
July 9: Striker Cliff Akurang, who spent last season on loan to Rushden & Diamonds, rejoined Blue Square Bet South side Thurrock after being released by Barnet.
Damian Spencer left Kettering Town for a one-year contract at Aldershot where he finished last season on loan.
July 10: Rushden & Diamonds boss Justin Edinburgh revealed that Irish midfielder Mark Byrne will not be returning for a second spell on loan from Nottingham Forest.
July 12: Northampton Town have offered a deal to former Coventry City defender Marcus Hall.
July 13: Rushden & Diamonds handed trials to Daniel Bailey and Joe Yoffe for the opening pre-season friendly at Brackley Town.
Former Diamonds winger Tyrone Berry and ex-Northampton Town midfielder Alex Dyer played for Kettering Town against the Cobblers.
July 14: Brett Solkhon completed his return to Kettering Town.
Mark Byrne - who spent last season at Rushden & Diamonds - joined Barnet on loan from Nottingham Forest.
July 15: Former Rushden & Diamonds striker Simeon Jackson joined Norwich City from Gillingham - earning a sell-on clause.
July 16: Rushden & Diamonds signed midfielder Lewwis Spence on a free transfer from Wycombe Wanderers.
July 17: Former Rushden & Diamonds midfielder Jon Challinor played on trial for Corby Town against Northampton Town.
July 20: Paul Furlong joined Kettering Town as player-coach. The 41-year-old former Chelsea striker played over 40 games for Barnet in League Two last season.
Steve Guinan has revealed he has turned down several offers to quit Northampton Town this summer. But the 34-year-old striker has hinted that a Sixfields exit may still be on the cards.
July 21: Rushden & Diamonds boss Justin Edinburgh confirmed trialists Dan Bailey and Joe Yoffe have been released. Meanwhile former Nene Park midfielder Andy Burgess signed for Evo-Stik League Division One North side Chester FC.
July 22: Former Rushden & Diamonds duo Nicky McNamara and Marcus Bignot joined Blue Square Bet North side Gainsborough Trinity on trial.
July 23: Corby Town boss Graham Drury admitted they may miss out on former Rushden & Diamonds midfielder Jon Challinor who has also attracted interest from Kidderminster Harriers.
Northampton Town re-signed defender John Johnson on a two-year contract following his release by Middlesbrough.
July 24: Corby Town's new signing Neil King is set to go on loan to Bedford Town or Daventry Town.
July 26: Kettering Town manager Lee Harper revealed they are awaiting an answer over a loan signing from League One but trialists Harry Baker and Sam Byles are unlikely to be offered deals.
July 27: Northampton Town defender Chris McCready joined League Two rivals Morecambe on a free transfer.
July 28: Rushden & Diamonds boss Justin Edinburgh dismissed speculation that Lincoln City have made a 175,000 bid for Lee Tomlin following Crawley Town's rejected offer of 150,000.
July 29: Former Rushden & Diamonds midfielder Jon Challinor is set to snub Corby Town by signing for Blue Square Bet North rivals Gainsborough Trinity.
Kettering Town manager Lee Harper hinted at a "surprise" signing but conceded they will probably miss out on a League One loanee.
Adebayo Akinfenwa signed a one-year deal at League Two club Gillingham after turning down the chance to stay with Northampton Town.
