A terrific all-round display from Matthew Knight helped Geddington 2nd secure a thrilling one-wicket win over Rothwell 2nd in Division Five.
Knight (7-40) ripped through Rothwell's batsmen, restricting the visitors to 171 after 46.1 overs.

The opener continued his good form with the bat, hitting 25 before being caught by Lee Richardson.

Martin Powell (4-33) attempted to replicate Knight's achievement with the ball.

But the stubborn final wicket partnership of Paul Smith and Alex Shorthouse sealed a dramatic victory. Geddington 2nd 27pts, Rothwell 2nd 6.
