From Rothwell Town's perspective, Kevin Byrne, Chris Difante, Robbie Maddox, Ollie Wilkinson, Stewart Marshall, Danny Marlow and manager Rob Dunion will all be facing their former club.
Meanwhile, on the Steelmen bench, Corby coach Ian Jackson wil
l have a quick reunion with the side he managed last year.
The two neighbours face off against each other having enjoyed contrasting seasons so far.
Corby currently sit second in the Premier Division and could have gone top in midweek but lost 1-0 to Oxford City – their first home defeat of the campaign.
For the Bones, however, it's been a season of toil and they lie bottom of Division One Midlands and are still to win in the league.
However cup ties have been a different story and, although they are out of both the FA Cup and FA Carlsberg Trophy, Dunion's men have produced their best performances so far in the knockout action.
The Steelmen's last cup action was their FA Cup defeat at Conference North high-fliers ACF Telford United and, while promotion is their main aim, claiming the local shouting rights from tomorrow's tie will also go down well with the locals.
"Rothwell will probably want to win it even more than we do as it would be a big result for them," said Corby boss Graham Drury.
"But I always go into any game wanting to win it and I will be picking a strong side that reflects that mood."
Dunion is hoping his team will have more luck in this cup tie than they did in the FA Trophy replay at Ryman League outfit Tilbury in midweek
when they lost 2-0 having done everything but score.
"If I was Tilbury's goalkeeper, I'd have asked for a pay rise straight after the final whistle as he was the reason we didn't win," said Dunion.
"We played well again for no reward. We just need to get the breaks now and, hopefully, that will come this weekend.
"It's a nice game for us and I think this must be the first time Rothwell and Corby have played each in a serious match for two or three years.
"Of course it just had to happen as soon as I came to Rothwell and it will feel slightly strange going back to Corby.
"From a playing perspective, it will be tough for us as they are a quality side. But, hopefully, we will raise our game on the day."
Corby are facing something of a striker crisis with Tony Battersby joining Matt Nolan and Jon Stevenson on the sidelines after being injured against Oxford.
Martin Wormall looks set to start alongside Steve Diggin while Drury is also hoping to have a trialist in the side.
Rothwell will have new signing Dale Linton in the squad for the first time and Tom Smith is likely to be in goal with Alex Malong rested on the bench.
