Exodus Geohaghon has completed a permanent move to Kettering Town.
The giant defender had initially joined the Poppies on a one-month loan deal from Blue Square North side Redditch United.
But that has now been made permanent after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
Poppies boss Mark Cooper said: "The one word to describe Exodus is potential.
"He's very raw but he has a big physique and he's very quick.
"He can be a dominant player and adds something different to our defence.
"He has got lots to learn and if he plays he also has a huge throw-in that will cause any team a problem."
Full interview with Geohaghon and all the previews for this weekend's big kick-off in Friday's Evening Telegraph
