Show plans to be a real highlight
Everything was up in the air at this dress rehearsal – even the cast.
The Castle theatre in Wellingborough has been full of energy as preparations for the Alice in Wonderland Christmas show pick up momentum.
The excitement reached a high when Alice, played by Naomi Said, and the Cheshire Cat, played by Emma Bispham, took to the sky on stage for the first time.
They were practising the spectacular flying scenes which will add even more fun to the production.
The Evening Telegraph was there filming too - go to www.northantsnews.co.uk to see the footage.
Technicians installed the flying equipment before training the two actors, who will have to learn air movement and tumbling techniques.
Alice In Wonderland previews on December 2 and runs until December 31.
Tickets are 11 (concessions 9.50) and preview night tickets cost 8.50.
The family ticket is 38 (up to four people, including one child). Tickets are available by calling 01933 270 007 or online at www.thecastle. org.uk.
