Caroline Jewell, deputy district commissioner for Scouting programme, said: "This is the third display we have put up throughout lockdown to show the local community that we are still here.

"With the lifting of restrictions we are slowly getting back to normal, and we would love to welcome old and new members."

Due to the Covid restrictions the annual St George’s Day parade had to be cancelled for the second year running.
