Water crisis: Bottled water shortage

Supermarket shelves are already running drastically low on bottled water following an alert about tap water in Northamptonshire.

Both Sainbury's and Tesco are rationing the amount of bottled water each customer can purchase due to the tap water being contaminated by the bug crytosporidium.

Cryptosporidium can cause diarrhoea and vomiting and people have been warned to boil tap water before using.
