Staff pelt boss
Despite a heavy snowfall which paralysed traffic within a 20-mile radius of Kettering, many of Snap-on's intrepid staff braved the freezing temperatures, in some cases walking up to five miles across Kettering to get into work on Thursday.
The consolation was a photoshoot outside Snap-on Tools Telford Way building where they decided to throw snowballs at the managing director Terry Barcham, who had stupidly elected to be cameraman!
