Police hunting muggers armed with stun guns in Wellingborough

Muggers armed with stun guns are being hunted by police following two street robberies.

Police in Wellingborough are appealing for information about the robberies in the town on Friday night.

The two linked incidents took place in the area of the Queensway estate between 8pm and 9.30pm.

One was in the park area of Olympic Way, where two boys were approached by three men. One of them was carrying what might have been a stun gun.

The other was in Kilborn Road, where a man was approached by what is thought to be the same group. In both incidents, Blackberry phones were stolen.

Of the three men, two men are white and one is black. The white man is the one with what appeared to be a stun gun. One of the black men is around 6ft 5ins tall and he was wearing a balaclava which covered his face.

Detective Constable Michael Ringrose, of Wellingborough CID, said: “We believe one of the offenders may have been carrying a stun gun because sparks were seen to come from an implement that one of them was carrying.”

A Stun Gun is still a lethal weapon , deaths have arisen when the Police have used them against the public, so as the United Kingdom is a Common Law country, you have the right to use appropriate force, including Lethal if required if you deem it needed to protect yourself . This country is slowly being dragged down the toilet by those charged with it's running , and administration all paid for by your taxes....which you are forced to pay with coercive threats of force , imprisonment and fines.
