Lit firework pushed through Corby letterbox

A lit firework was pushed through a letterbox in Corby in the middle of the night.

The incident took place at a property in Bentley Walk in the townbetween 12.15pm on Wednesday, December 4, and 5am on Thursday, December 4.

The firework caused a small amount of damage to the flooring behind the door.

Witnesses to the incident, or anyone with information, is asked to call Northamptonshire police on 08453 700700 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
