Fans' pride in Poppies

Poppies fans turned out in force for the biggest day of the club's history when they took on Fulham in the FA Cup fourth round.

Even when Fulham took the lead in the first half the supporters refused to be downhearted and cheered their team on to an equaliser. Buoyed by their team's performance, the fans sang their hearts out. The ground erupted when Kettering drew level again through a penalty in the 83rd minute and fans felt they might just make it to the last 16.

Instead, it was Fulham who got two decisive goals at the end and shattered the Poppies' dream but the fans still refused to hear a bad word said about their side.
