Bradley’s a budding soccer star
Corby young football star: Bradley Kingsnorth, seven, with his awards. 28/01/12
Little Bradley Kingsnorth is making a name for himself on the football pitch.
The seven-year-old has already won a collection of trophies for his skills as a striker and he was recently voted best player at a tournament in Northampton.
Bradley, who lives in Kingsthorpe Avenue, Corby, and is a pupil at Woodnewton in the town, took part in the Freestyle Soccer Academy along with dozens of other young players from the county.
His proud dad Shaun, 32, said: “He’s been kicking a ball around since he was a toddler of two.
“He loves it. He’s out in all kinds of weather. Bradley was put forward for the soccer academy by his school and he really enjoyed it. We were so proud when he was selected as best player of the tournament and he will now be having a trial for a development academy.”
