"When it came to the sentimental value question, I thought it had to be an actual item, if I'd know it could have been the kids I would have said them so Lisa was right in a way."

Lisa said: "I really thought he would go for fish and chips, but he says as a cheaper alternative he would go for them but if he could have anything, he would always choose a curry.

"Even though we didn't get the sentimental value one right, we both said the same thing for what we would save, so in a round about way we were thinking the same thing."

Samantha and Richard Haas, from Corby

Samantha said: "I'm Australian/Danish and Richard is English/Serbian.

"We met over the internet in 2004, Richard has lived in Corby all his life and I was living in London.

"We chatted to each other for 18 months and then finally built up the courage to meet each other 'in the flesh' in 2006.

"We both just knew it was right and three days later I put in a transfer at work to Corby and have never looked back since.

Richard said: "The getting out of the bath question was the hardest one for us both I think as it was a total guess.

"The age one was also a guess but I will remember that forever, but that's part of the fun of it all, the guess work.

"We both debated on the food question, it was a choice between bangers and mash and the roast and luckily we both went the same way."

Sam said: "The sentimental value question shows how you can think differently because I was thinking about what is sentimental to each of us on an individual level but Richard was thinking about something that has sentimental value to us as a couple and that's why we didn't match.

"But it was a lot of fun and it shows that you can always learn something new about your partner."
