Three fans were injured after Northampton Town's match with Hartlepool on Friday, when supporters clashed with youths.
A 22-year-old man from Northampton was among those taken to hospital after the incident in Walter Tull Way, near Sixfields.

Police said they did not believe the youths, who were from Northampton, had been to the game.

Det Insp Carl Jayes said: "It is a shame a small amount of local youths felt the need to create disorder that seriously impinged on the lives of innocent spectators."
