Security guard attacked at TGI Fridays
A security guard was attacked and robbed during a raid at a TGI Friday's restaurant in Northampton.
The guard was assaulted during a cash collection from the restaurant at Sixfields on Friday.
Two men approached the security guard at 11.30am and threatened him before a brief struggle took place.
The guard fell to the ground and was assaulted, leaving him with minor injuries.
The offenders fled with the cash box in the direction of Farraday Close.
