Road rage attack on quiet village road

A cyclist punched a motorist in a road rage attack.
Police officers are investigating the assault near Ashton.
The incident took place at about 1.20am on Saturday (October 11) in Bozenham Mill Lane between Grafton Regis and Ashton.
An 18-year-old male car driver stopped to assist a pedal cyclist who appeared to be in distress at the side of the road.
A short time later the cyclist became angry and punched the driver through the window of his car, leaving him with minor injuries.
Police believe the cyclist is a local man, white, 6ft tall, about 35 years old and of medium build. He had long shoulder length unkempt hair and a few days of stubble growth on his face.
He was riding a blue mountain bike.
