Man stabbed in Corby

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 24-year-old man was stabbed in the Greenhill Rise area of Corby yesterday morning.
The man, is currently being treated for injuries he received during the incident, which are not thought to be life threatening.

The victim was found in the Ashurst Crescent area of Corby and is believed to have walked there from the direction of the Hazel Tree pub in Greenhill Rise, with a 21 year old man who was known to him and who officers have arrested in connection with the incident.

The incident happened sometime between 10am and 11am yesterday, Sunday 4 January. Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or have any information regarding it.
