From the description I bet some parents recognise their little thug and her friends but haven't got the bottle to turn them in.

The sad thing is that these people are the future of Corby. We get new shops but can't seem to change the fundamental problems in the town. Not sure we ever will.

Is it having the bottle or is it that some parents just don't care?
