Cyclist dies afterbeing found on the road in Northamptonshire

A 71-year-old man has died after being found with serious head injuries in the centre of a Northamptonshire village.
The man was found next to a bicycle between the junctions of the Towcester Road and Banbury Road, Litchborough, at 9pm on Friday.

Police say it is still unclear what happened to the man, and officers from the Road Policing Unit are appealing for anyone who may have seen him with his bicycle on Friday evening.
