Axe gang robs pub

Axe-wielding robbers stole a large amount of cash from a Northampton pub after threatening a female member of staff.
Two men got into the Hopping Hare pub in Harlestone Road, Duston, through a back entrance between 11am and midnight on Friday.
One of the men threatened a woman member of staff with the axe before the robbers stole what police described as a "considerable" amount of money.
Both men were white and wore hoods and scarves and one wore a silver puffer-style jacket.
