After more than 14 years of performing, the band are poised to play their last gig at the end of the year.
The band explain their decision to finally call it a day on their Myspace profile.
They say: "Having played more than 2,500 gigs in over eight countries, and loving every minute, we have decided to devote more time to our families and personal lives.
"The farewell tour will take in most of England and Scotland between now and the end of the year, and we hope that we will see you all one last time.
"We would like to thank everybody that has supported us.
"We will be leaving with fantastic memories and hope that you all will too."
The trio – made up of John Southorn, Ray Begg and Richard Reid – have been delighting fans of Paul Weller's original group for more than a decade.
They have proven time and again just how powerful the music is, and that the quality of The Jamm's show remains unsurpassed.
The band aims, for one last time, to take fans back to a time when The Jam ruled the charts.
Tomorrow's show will feature dozens of Jam songs packed into a high energy performance.
