Wicksteed Park will be hosting its first ever beer festival next week, featuring more than 30 top tipples.
The four-day festival will take place from Thursday to Sunday, August 3, with a variety of beers, ales and ciders on offer.

There will also be live entertainment throughout the weekend's festivities and traditional festival food will be on sale.

A park spokesman said: "We are really proud to be holding our first ever beer festival from July 31 until August 3. We have teamed up with Potbelly Brewery of Kettering to put on this event which will be made up of four different sessions over the long weekend with more than 30 beers and ciders available to try.

"Traditional festival food will be on offer throughout the event and festival goers will be entertained by high quality live acts during the evening sessions.""

On Thursday tasting sessions will take place from 7pm to 11pm, on Friday and Saturday drinks will be available from 11am to 11pm and on Sunday from midday to 4pm.

Admission is £2 per day, with Camra card holders getting in for £1.
