LES HORNBY is hoping Wellingborough Town can keep up their impressive revival when they travel to Northampton Spencer tonight.
The Doughboys moved into the top five of the Eagle Bitter UCL Premier Division at the weekend as a 2-1 success at Holbeach United made it five wins in a row since a 1-0 home defeat to Raunds Town on Boxing Day.

And Hornby has been delighted with the response of the players since he took over the reigns at the Dog & Duck.

He said: "I am very pleased with the players' efforts and attitude and a run of wins like we have had brings with it plenty of confidence.

"It's another tough game for us tonight. But it's a local derby and we are all looking forward to it."

Luke Dowling – who has an eye injury – is the only doubt for the Kingsthorpe Mill clash while John Hughes remains sidelined with a thigh problem.

Wellingborough from: Malong, Wooding, Randall, Gould, Dowling, Taylor, Ainge, Spaughton, Glass, Grainger, Mitchell, Shrieves, Haughton, Pritchard, Hancock, Green.
