Over 1,200 tickets have already been sold for the big derby between Kettering Town and Rushden & Diamonds.
The fierce rivals will collide in their first league meeting for seven years at the A-Line Arena a week on Saturday.

And fans have been quick to snap up their seats for the occasion.

The Poppies put their tickets on sale last Friday and over 1,
000 have already been sold.

Diamonds have sold around 200 tickets in the last three days to season-pass holders.

Fans are being urged to secure their places for the Northants derby as
soon as possible.

And they have also been reminded that as it is an all-ticket affair so none will be available on the day of the game.

Poppies secretary Mike Chase said: "Ticket sales for the game have been steady but it is important that people remember there will be no turnstile admission.

"It's the game both sets of fans have been waiting a long time for and it's important everyone gets their tickets as soon as possible.

"It's far too early to predict the crowd for the day. But we are
obviously hopeful that it will be a very big one."

Around 4,000 tickets have been made available for Poppies fans in their own ground and these remain on sale at the KTFC Shop in the Newlands Centre.

For Diamonds fans, subject to availability, tickets can be bought by supporters' trust members from the Nene Park ticket office from 10am on Sunday before the home game against Wrexham. Proof of membership will be required.

Any remaining tickets will then go on sale to Diamonds fans at 10am on Wednesday until 4pm on the day before the match.

Prices for the game are as follows: seating – £20 adult, £13 concession, £6 junior; terrace – £16, £11 or £4.

Fans are also reminded that the match will kick-off at noon instead of the original 3pm start.
