Curtis Woodhouse is free to continue pre-season training with Rushden & Diamonds.
The midfielder was due to take another break from football for his eighth professional boxing bout this Saturday.

But the show in Birmingham – which was due to feature Enzo Maccarinelli and Audley Harrison – has been postponed due to television scheduling, according to promoters Sports Network. A re-scheduled date is likely to be announced by Frank Warren soon.

Diamonds, meanwhile, are set to take on Portimonense SC this evening as part of their training camp on the Algarve coast.

The hosts finished 11st in Liga Vitalis – Portugal's second level – last season.

Diamonds under-18s are also in action at Cambridge United.
