After looking up on the Internet, I was surprised to find that Northamptonshire has so many unsolved mysteries. For instance. Barford Bridge ghost on the A6003 From Kettering to Corby Road

The Bearded Monk

Everyone has heard the ghost story about getting into your car at night and driving off, only to discover someone hiding in the back seat.

The legend of the Barford Bridge monk is not that different.

The railway bridge over the A6003 near Corby is said to be haunted by the ghost of a bearded monk.

In 1984 a police sergeant and a woman both reported seeing a man's face in their rear view mirrors.

Some believe these happenings are connected to the former chapel at the vanished hamlet of Barford, which was served by a monk from nearby Pipewell Abbey.

This theory is reinforced by the sightings of some motorists travelling alone down the tiny and secluded slip road towards Geddington who have reported seeing a ghostly clerical figure suddenly appearing next to them in the passenger seat.

Tasty Bites in Kettering (was known as the Red Pepper)

Tasty Bites restaurant in Market Street, Kettering, is thought to be one of the town's oldest buildings.

Legend has it that in the 18th century a party of soldiers was staying in The Duke's Arms, which stood opposite where Tasty Bite is now. There was a young drummer boy with the soldiers. He wasn't used to drinking alcohol and became drunk, getting involved in an argument with one of the soldiers. He was dragged outside and stabbed to death in an alleyway. That alleyway is now the entrance to Tasty Bites and the boy's ghost is said to haunt the building.

Several owners of the building have reported feeling uneasy in the premises and have noted strange occurrences, including mysterious noises, especially in the stock room, and sudden drops in temperature.

Boughton Church ruins

Ruins of the church at Boughton Green is reportedly haunted by two ghosts: a pretty girl wearing a white dress and a young man.

The story goes that on Christmas Eve one of the ghosts will appear to the opposite sex and arrange a date. If the date is kept, the ghost will appear again, kiss the date and then disappear

Now here's the sting in the tale. If you keep the date and receive your kiss, you will die within a month - probably wondering whether it was all worth it.

The story behind these two ghosts is that 200 years ago, a groom died within hours of being married in the church. Grief stricken, his bride committed suicide next to his grave in the churchyard.

Another interpretation is that the ghosts were a courting couple who visited a fair close by to the church. They were killed in an accident at the fair.

I will be reporting back on what we find at these locations by using our abilities as Psychic Mediums andl the equipment we use. So keep a look out for these.

Pre cognitively being aware

I suppose for every Medium it is different and it does not happen all the time but there are times where I will 'hear' something before an event........ Let me try to explain. I teach Novice Mediums in my development circle to 'Listen' I know your going to say "Well I listen", have you ever heard of NASA and that they listen to space chatter, it sounds like thousands of minuscule sounds all going at once but NASA is only listening for one type of sound/signal . Imagine then as I go about my day I am also partly tuned in and this too will come in hardly audible, a slight thought, a word over and over again, a sound that in every day life I would never have given it a thought but I do I will prick my ears up and then really listen and tune in. I was minding my own business at home when I was getting 'Saturday' and then after a while 'Saturday' again and again 'Saturday' and then I had a sickness feeling, very strong, this went on for the whole day, later that evening my 20 year old Son came in and said " I am going out with my mates Saturday Mum" as we had made other plans (Typical lad), I informed him of what I was sensing and begrudgingly he changed his plans, sure enough at a bar that Saturday night where his friends where, police where called as a huge fight broke out and afterwards a knife found on the floor. This is Clairaudiance.

This is also taking note of how ever you may persieve cognitively Along with hearing you may pick things up visionally, ever looked at the clouds and made pictures out of them. When I am going about my buisnes and suddenly I may be aware of a chink of light coming in from a curtain and for some reason in the shinning moment, in that bright light I might think 'Mum' and I know I must telephone and there will be a mini crisis as my Mother is 93 any crisis is important.

Allow your mind to have the playing field to allow this, it is a hunch, a gut feeling , as delicate as the dust on a butterflies wing, be patient. Mediums boldly go where other people fear to tread, we go out on a limb, where other people dare not put it on the line, we do.
