We parked the vehicles in the lay by near the bridge where there are some small houses and kitted up there, we used a night shot Infra red video camera a Gauss Meter Electro Magnetic Field Sensor. K2- Electro magnetic field sensor, 2 Olympus VN-240 Digital Recorder's for EVP work. Digital In/Out Thermometer. Electro sensor Magnetic Field sensor. 4.
On arrival at the lay by we sorted ourselves out in two teams of two, myself and Angie plus Wayne and Neil. The first thing that struck us was how dark it was and so quiet except for the vehicles that passed us. We where aware of the sittings that had already taken place such as .

Date / Time: Mid twentieth century
Further Comments: Before being excavated in 1964, the tumulus was said to be the home of a phantom drummer boy who would appear at midnight. A dozen skeletons, thought to be Roman, were removed in the dig.
Hooded monk
Location Barford Bridge
The railway bridge over the A6003 near Corby is said to be haunted by the ghost of a bearded monk. In 1984 a police sergeant and a woman both reported seeing a man's face in their rear view mirrors.
Now when you have a report of a Police Officer reporting this you have to take it seriously.
We arrive at the bridge at about 12-30 am . Neil and Wayne decided they where going to investigate the side Road Leading to Geddington, where myself and Angie stayed by the bridge, as soon as we where under the bridge Angie's EMF meter began to give a reading, showing that something with an Electric Magnetic Field was close enough to trigger this off. We took some EVP readings and then was contacted by the other team that they had encountered a sudden temperature drop in one particular area and decided to do some EVP work there.
We stayed by the bridge and a number of times although the EMF meter sprang to life it was not intelligent and it was just lighting up by random.
We then decided to follow a path through a small copse of trees and immediately the temperature suddenly dropped, where by usually in a wood or by trees the temperature should rise, as I was using the Night Shot camera a dark figure suddenly passed the front of me, I quickly lowered the camera to see if it was a vehicle casting a shadow, or someone passing my front but no one was there, we decided to do some EVP work there.
I asked 'If there was anyone around please do something to let us know you are around' straight away from where there was a huge metal sign, it went 'Bang', I asked again 'Can you do that again please' and again' Bang' , we walked towards the huge metal sign knowing that being a warm day and things cooling down it may be metal cooling off making the noise, I then said " if you are trying to contact us, then make a noise from somewhere else", immediately there was a huge bang from above us as we where still under the bridge, at that point there was no more contact from who ever it was from the Spirit World.

At this point Angie and myself crossed over the Road to the side of the speed camera and keeping well enough away from the camera so it would not trigger any devices, I was suddenly aware of a heavy and notable change in atmosphere, it was so depressing and heavy so I decided to see what the K2 meter could detect and straight away I asked is anyone here and the meter sprang to life. I asked 'Are you male'- Nothing, 'Are you female' and the meter sprang to life, I quickly said " Get the Night Shot camera on this Angie@ after she had the K2 meter in focus using the infra read capability, I asked 'Did you die here'- again it sprang to life all the lights coming on, I asked then 'Was it a car crash'- Nothing, Angie then asked 'Did you fall from the top of the bridge'- again all the lights came on, Angie then asked, 'Was it a fall'- Nothing, 'Or was you pushed'- Again all the lights came on, I then said can you give us an age range '16 to 20'- Nothing, '20 to 25'- All the lights came on again, we where then joined by the other two team members Wayne and Neil and there was no more contact.
We where going to do a Paranormal Investigation at the Irish Centre Patrick Road Corby but on the morning of the investigation I was contacted and they cancelled, so we took the time to go to Braford bridge. At 3-00am we decided to call it a night. We will check all the Night shot footage and EVP recordings and if we have anything we will publish them on here.
