Senior residents from estates across Corby are invited to the latest series of events at the Autumn Centre this week.
Today sees a welfare rights talk at 10.30am, followed by a senior social at 7pm. Tae kwon-do for all ages also takes place at 7pm.

Tomorrow's hour-long morning session is arts and crafts.

On Thursday, xtra energy with Garfield takes place at 10.30am followed by Ann on the keyboard, and a whist session between 12.30pm and 3pm.

A painting group meets at 10.30am on Friday followed by hand and head massage.
