A youth cafe held a special event to help improve the self-worth of teenage girls.
The Infuse Youth Cafe in Angel Street, Wellingborough, held the Glow event for girls aged 11 to 17.
It was aimed at promoting nutrition, positive relationships and self-worth.
The girls were given a spot of pampering, including manicures and pedicures, and were taught how to make nutritious smoothies. They also took part in a range of other activities.
People who went along were also given goody bags.
The care has about 770 members and has been running since 2008.
It holds regular discos, social nights and themed events.
The group was originally started by Methodist churches in the town, but the young people who go along do not have to be a member of any church.
The cafe is open to teenagers aged 11 to 18 and runs four sessions each week.
They take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7pm to 9pm and on Saturdays from 2pm to 5pm.
